Many clients struggle with low self-esteem. They perpetuate the problem by going outside themselves to see if others think they are “good enough”. Give your clients a way to make an assessment for themselves. Teach them to interrupt their day often to ask themselves, “Do I Like It?” This is a form of self-encouragement which builds self-esteem.
